Goal: Faculty/staff/graduate student salaries reflect 95% of average salaries at peer institutions within 5 years AND 100% within 10 years
Goal: Realistic assessment of all workloads with consideration of workloads @ peer institutions, graduate student training, grant writing. Time line on implementation of changes to be determined as part of the assessment process
Goal: Establish ongoing mechanisms for faculty/staff and students in decision- making, in part with better/stronger observance of elected representative councils (Senate, SPEEC, PASC, SRC, GSA) but also in other arenas of campus governance
Goal: Seek overt ways to recruit diverse students, faculty and staff
Goal: See current diversity initiatives through to implementation
Goal: Seek to help promote higher education, its value, its place/role in society, its sustainability for the citizens of Colorado.
