Goal: Improve accountability of leadership on campus
- Allow personnel to evaluate administrators
Goal: More communication about feasibility of major decisions; reality check, charting the future, Div. I
- Consult personnel who do the work as well as the students
Goal: Retention (quality); across the board, faculty, exempt, staff and students
- Talk to units for a plan and budget accordingly
Goal: Holistic approach to eliminate barriers
- Better representation from all units/personnel
