Student Module
- The graduate and undergraduate online admissions applications, including credit card payment options, are live.
- The student transcript has been successfully formatted.
- The submission of data to the Colorado Student Loan Clearinghouse has been successfully implemented.
- The student degree evaluations are available on Ursa and training for departments has been completed.
- The interface between Blackboard and the new system to identify the 1400 Web-enhanced classes has been built.
- Reporting and registration for the Extended Study and Learning Community cohorts has been accomplished.
Accounts Receivable
- The TouchNet credit card application has been made available for services such as tuition payment, transcript ordering and payment of graduation fee.
Human Resources
- Testing and refinement continues on the Operational Data Store.
Financial Aid
- The process to disburse financial aid continues to be refined.
Data Standards
- 450,000 person records have been integrated into Ursa with less than 130 duplicate records. That percentage of error is so small, our basic calculators wouldn't display a number.
Information Technology
- The accessibility and stability of a system built in a new environment, on a new platform and with new software continues to be quite positive.
- A cyber security awareness campaign has been launched.
- A test version of the newest Luminis (Ursa) release ## 3.3 has been built.
- The textbook order function will go live on November 1.
