Visit the Technical Support Center Online at https://help.unco.edu. Where you can browse the knowledge base or submit your own ticket to request for technical support.
The left side toolbar displays links to common topics that are searched in the Knowledge Base. If you don't find a solution to your problem, you can submit a ticket or do a live chat with a representative.
By clicking the Submit a Ticket button, you can complete a request for support online. You will complete a short form and submit the ticket. Technical Support will send you an e-mail confirmation once your request has been forwarded to a technician, as well as when they believe they have provided a resolution for your request.
