Chapter 30 (Complete VA form 22-1990)
- Active Duty Personnel who are attending UNC and using the Montgomery GI Bill
- Students who were at one time on active duty and who had payroll deductions for the Montgomery GI Bill

- Disabled veterans participating in the VA Vocational Rehabilitation and Education program

- Eligible dependents or spouses of 100% disabled or deceased veterans

- Members of the active Reserve and/or National Guard
Chapter 1607 (REAP) - (Complete VA form 22-1995)
- Reservists called to active duty in response to war or National Emergency as declared by president or congress
