The following scholarships are awarded to members of varsity athletic teams at Northern Colorado
Ankeney Family ScholarshipStudents enrolled in the College of Business, College of Performing & Visual Arts, or a student athlete
Student athlete based on talent.
Student athlete in the baseball program.
Entering freshman football player; Colorado resident; must remain a student athlete in good standing.
Student-athlete eligible per NCAA rules participating in a varsity sport; 2.5 GPA.
Full-time wrestling student athlete eligible per NCAA and UNC rules; Holyoke High School wrestlers will be given first priority.
Participate in football or wrestling; freshman must have a high school GPA of 3.0 or above; upper-classmen must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Student athlete in the wrestling program; 2.5 GPA.
Undergraduate with above average ability to play baseball; 2.5 GPA; show leadership qualities, dedication to team play and self-improvement.
Student athlete; based on talent.
Female athletes based on talent.
One male and one female senior varsity intercollegiate athlete; in good academic standing.
Full-time student actively involved in varsity athletics in sophomore or junior year; demonstrate financial need; 2.0 GPA.
One male and one female senior varsity intercollegiate athlete; in good academic standing.
Returning football student athlete; 2.5 GPA; demonstrate leadership and citizenship skills as well as a positive attitude on and off the playing field.
Current members of wrestling team with a minimum of a 3.0GPA and judged as having exceptional leadership potential.
Student-athlete eligible per NCAA and UNC rules participating in a varsity sport; 2.5 GPA.
Participate in track, cross-country, or any other competitive running sport; based on talent.
Graduate of a Colorado high school who will attend UNC and be a member of an officially sanctioned golf team.
