Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Program

The Colorado Consortium for the Training of SLPAs includes faculty in speech-language pathology from the University of Northern Colorado, University of Colorado – Boulder, and Metropolitan State College of Denver.  A seminar and field experience is available to undergraduate seniors which qualifies them to apply for the SLPA Authorization through the Colorado Department of Education.  Speech-language pathologists from numerous school districts are consortium-approved SLPA mentors for the semester-long field experience.  Please contact Dr. Kathleen Fahey at (970) 351-1587 for more information.
