Who is Eligible

Students attending Greeley Central High School who meet the following federal TRIO eligibility criteria may be considered for selection as Upward Bound participants:

Are U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or in the process of establishing citizenship or residency
Qualify as Low-Income (defined by the Federal Government)
Qualify as Potential First-Generation College Graduate (neither parent has received a 4-year degree)
Demonstrate academic need (low grades, test scores, etc.)
Commit to active participation in NCUB until high school graduation
Have a strong desire to attend college
