The National Center on Severe and Sensory Disabilities, with the help and sponsorship of the National Federation of the Blind Jernigan Institute the Bresnahan-Halstead Center and the University of Northern Colorado is pleased to announce the Fifth Research Summit in Low-Incidence Disabilities. Researchers from around the world will be discussing the unique challenges of doing rigorous, valid research in braille with a population that comprise less than 1/4 of 1% of the school age population of the U.S. Join us as we examine techniques and methods for research on this challenging topic.
