NEW Academic Year Undergraduate Research Support Grants available

The Office of Undergraduate Research is now offering Academic Year Research Support Grants for the support of undergraduate research at UNC. Faculty mentors and undergraduate students may both apply for the research support grants, which may be used for research supplies, travel, conference presentations, student stipends, or other research support. Funds are available on a first come, first served basis, with the opening date for proposals TBA. Applications will not be accepted after TBA, and funding will end when all funds are allocated.

McNair Issue of the Undergraduate Research Journal Published

The first McNair issue of the Undergraduate Research Journal has been published. The Spring 2014 issue will include full manuscripts from undergraduate researchers.

Office of Undergraduate Research Spring 2014 Newsletter Published

The spring 2014 Newsletter from the Office of Undergraduate Research profiles the three Summer Stipend student scholar award winners and two UNC faculty, Britney McIlvaine and Kristin Bovaird-Abbo hightlighting their undergraduate research mentoring projects.

Research Day - Call for Proposals
