Perth, located 20 miles from the Indian Ocean, is the largest city in Western Australia. Perth is friendly, safe, and relaxed, yet offers all of the attractions of a large international city. The warm and sunny climate allows ample opportunity to relax at the beach or enjoy a wide variety of water sports including surfing, sailing, scuba diving, or whale watching. The hinterlands, just north of Perth, allow for close encounters with critters unique to Australia including kangaroo and koala bears.

All students will take part in orientation week, which will present students with activities and opportunities to get involved on campus. Edith Cowan has many clubs, organizations, and a fully equipped sports and fitness center.

Click here for complete housing information.

Students will be able to purchase groceries and cook for themselves. Some meals may be purchased at on-campus cafés.
