This two-week-long educational program in Seoul, Korea, is based at Seoul National University of Education, Korea’s best teacher’s college and globalized institution. Participants experience a variety of fun, exciting and memorable Korean cultural events.

SNUE is located in Gangnam, central Seoul. Korea’s capital and the world’s second largest city, Seoul is the heart of Korea’s culture, education and economics. Participants will find a variety of facilities and entertainment within walking distance of campus, and for trips further afield, Korea’s
National Train System is within easy access of campus.

*Students who withdraw after this date will be responsible for the full program costs and the deposit will not be refuned.

The estimated total cost for the program is $3,084 which includes accommodations, all excursions, field trips, meals, international airfare, in-country transportation, health insurance, and personal funds.

Eligibility


This program is open to all UNC students who have completed a minimum of 24 credit hours by the time of departure with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.

Apply


Applications will be considered on a first-come-first-serve basis. A minimum of 5 students is necessary for this program to run. Maximum enrollment 20 students.

Korea Program Application

Students will need to submit the $300 housing fee to CIE at the time of application.
