OS Center Coordinators make arrangements for classrooms, A/V technology, limited copying and other on-site instructional needs. If you are teaching a class at one of our centers you will receive confirmation for your class schedule and room assignment. One month prior to the course start date you will receive an Instructional Technology Request via email from the Center coordinator. Please return the request indicating your technology needs as soon as possible so the classroom will be ready the first day of class. Please contact the Center Coordinator if there is any change in your class schedule. The Extended Studies Program Coordinator must also be contacted if there is a change to your course that affects contact minutes.
