Scheduling Guidelines

First Week of Classes

All events in academic spaces during the semester must wait until after the first week of classes each semester to put in a scheduling request.

Events occurring the first week of classes in academic spaces may be scheduled the week before classes start.

Exceptions:

• Lawn Areas, including Garden Theater can be scheduled before semester begins
• Butler-Hancock Sports Pavilion (weekends only), Nottingham Field, and Jackson Fields
• Computer Labs

Finals Week

No events or meetings may be scheduled during finals week.
