This Houghton Mifflin site is from its Education Place page, 
a section called  Brain Teasers that provides a math 
puzzle each week for three grade levels.  Teachers may download,
print and make copies of the Brain Teasers for use in their 
classroom, provided that they include the copyright notice 
shown on that page on all such copies.


Mathematics teacher Jeff Valure has an interesting way of doing
word problems at Educational Math Stories  http://www.mathprose.com
These are written in prose but involve solving a variety of math 
problems.  Teachers may copy and print these stories, intact, 
in the interest of educating youth.
